RULE 607 - HEARING BOARD FEES

Every applicant or petitioner for a variance, or for the extension, revocation, or modification of a variance or for an appeal from a denial or conditional approval of an Authority to Construct or Permit to Operate shall pay the clerk of the Hearing Board, on filing, a fee not to exceed the cost of the hearing, and may be subsequently billed for any analysis or report fees, not to exceed the District's costs of such fees. Any person requesting a transcript of the hearing shall pay the cost of such transcript. This Rule does not apply to the APCO.
