Rule 700 Applicable Articles of the Health and Safety Code

The provisions of Article 2, Chapter 4, Part 4, and Chapter 8, Part 3 of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code, respectively entitled Variances and Hearing Board, are applicable within the boundaries of the Amador County Air Pollution Control District.
