RULE 601 - PERMIT FEES

Every applicant subject to the permitting requirements of the Air Pollution Control District shall pay the following fees unless specifically stated otherwise in a the rule.
 

  1. Authority to Construct $40/hr w min. $160 
  2. Permit to Operate $40/hr w min. $320 
    1. Permit to Operate (Retail Service Stations only)
      $30.00 per Dispensing Nozzle up to 12 nozzles plus
      $15.00 for each additional nozzle.
  3. Miscellaneous Permit $40/hr w min. 1 hr, and burn permit fee exempt
  4. Analysis/tech Reports $40/hr w min. $160 
  5. Change Ownership $40/hr w min. $160
