The Benzene Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Retail Service Stations adopted by the California Air Resources
Board pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 39666, as set forth in Sections 93101 of Title 17 of the California
Code of Regulations, effective July 16, 1988, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
