RULE 909 - PERCHLOROETHYLENE AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURE -
DRY CLEANING OPERATIONS

The Perchloroethylene Airborne Toxic Control Measure - Dry Cleaning Operations adopted by the California Air Resources Board pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 39666, as set forth in Section 93109 of Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, effective June 3, 1994, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
