RULE 1.8 - EMISSION MONITORING

The Air Pollution Control Officer may require the owner of any air contaminant source to install, use and maintain monitoring equipment; sample emissions; establish and maintain records; and make periodic emission reports in a format acceptable to the Air Pollution Control Officer.
