REGULATION II - PROHIBITIONS

RULE 2.11 - EXCEPTIONS TO RULE 2.10

In accordance with Section 41705 of the California Health and Safety Code, the provisions of Rule 2.10 do not apply to:

a. Odors, emanating from agricultural operations necessary for the growing of crops or the raising of fowl, animals or bees.
