RULE 4.3 - TECHNICAL REPORT FEES

Information, circulars, reports and technical works and other reports prepared by the Air Pollution Control District when requested by government agencies, individuals or groups may be charged by the district a sum not to exceed the cost of preparation and distribution of such document.
