EL DORADO COUNTY AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
RULE 608.2 - AFFECTED SOURCES
(Adopted: 8/31/93; Amended: 4/25/95)
- This rule applies to any facility which manufactures, formulates, uses, or releases any of the substances listed
by the California Air Resources Board, pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Section 44321, or any
other substance that reacts to form a substance so listed, and releases 10 tons per year or greater of any criteria
pollutant.
- This rule also applies to any facility which manufactures, formulates, uses or releases any listed substance,
and which releases less than 10 tons per year of any criteria pollutant and is subject to the emissions inventory
requirements set forth in Section 93308 of Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations.
- This rule does not apply to facilities designated in Sections 44324 and 44325 of the California Health and
Safety Code.
