RULE 1.2 - VALIDITY

If any regulation, rule, subdivision , sentence, clause or phrase of these Rules and Regulations for any reason is found to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of these Rules and Regulations. The Board hereby declares that it would have adopted these Rules and Regulations and every regulation, rule, subdivision, sentence, clause, and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more regulations, rules, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
