RULE 3.11 - REDUCED SULFUR COMPOUNDS

- It shall be unlawful for any person to permit the emissions of air contaminants from any premises which will
result in ground level concentrations of total reduced sulfur compounds, expressed as hydrogen sulfide, in excess
of 0.03 ppm for a period of sixty (60) minutes.
- Emissions of total reduced sulfur compounds from Kraft pulp mill recovery boilers shall not exceed 17.5 ppm
by volume, calculated as hydrogen sulfide.
- Emissions of total reduced sulfur compounds from any other single source excluding Kraft pulp mill recovery
boilers shall not exceed 0.5 pounds per ton of pulp produced calculated as elemental sulfur.
