RULE 6.0 - INTRODUCTION

Any person may apply to the Hearing Board for a variance from Rule 3.0, 3.2, 3.3 through 3.7 and 3.10 through 3.12 of these Rules and Regulations. A variance may not be granted from the requirement for a permit to build, erect, alter or replace.
