RULE 6.5 - MODIFYING OR REVOKING VARIANCES
Adopted: June 1991; Amended: November 1, 1993
In accordance with Sections 42356 and 42357 of the California Health and Safety Code the Hearing Board may:
- Modify or revoke, by written order, any previous order granting a variance;
- Review and for good cause, such as a change in the availability of materials, equipment, adequate technology,
or USEPA objection to an application for a federal operating permit required by Rule 10.3, modify a schedule of
increments of progress or a final compliance date in such a schedule.
