RULE 6.7 - VARIANCE ACTION
Adopted: June 1991

Except in the case of an emergency, as determined by the Hearing Board, the Hearing Board shall hold a hearing pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 40800) of part 3, of the California Health and Safety Code, to determine under what conditions, and to what extent a variance shall be granted.
