RULE 207 - INSTACK MONITORING - 100 TPY SOURCES

A person operating or using any article, machine, equipment, or other contrivance for which these rules require
a permit and which emits into the atmosphere 100 tons or more per year of non-methane hydrocarbons, oxides of nitrogen,
oxides of sulfur, reduced sulfur compounds, particulate matter or more per year of carbon monoxide shall install
and maintain in good operational conditions continuous monitoring devices for the pollutants and sources designated.
