RULE 208.1 - DISCLOSURE OF AIR TOXICS INFORMATION
(Adopted 1/9/89, Amended 5/2/96)

Pursuant to Division 26, Part 6, Section 44382 of the California Health and Safety Code, compliance with the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Information and Assessment Act, Sections 44300 through 44384 of the California Health and Safety Code, shall be a New Source Review Permit Condition of Approval for all new or modified stationary sources.
