KERN COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 304 - TECHNICAL REPORT CHARGES
(Adopted 4/18/72, Amended 1/9/79, 6/1/93)

Information, data, circulars, reports etc., prepared by the Air Pollution Control District when supplied to other governmental agencies, individuals, or groups requesting copies of same shall be charged for by the District in a sum not to exceed cost of preparation and distribution of such documents. All such monies collected shall be turned into the General Funds of said District.
