RULE 509 - WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
(Adopted 4/18/72, Amended 11/09/95)

A petitioner may withdraw his petition at any time before such petition is heard by the Hearing Board without a hearing or meeting of the Hearing Board. The Clerk of the Hearing Board shall notify all interested persons of such withdrawal.
