LASSEN COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 5:3 - FILING PETITION

Request for hearing shall be initiated by the filing of a petition in triplicate with the Clerk of the Hearing Board and payment to said Clerk of a fee of $40.00, after service of a copy of the petition has been made on the Control Officer at 175 Russell Avenue, Susanville, California, and one (1) copy of the holder of the variance, if any involved. Service may be made in person or by mail, and service may be proved by written acknowledgement of the person served or by the affidavit of the person making the service. No fee shall be required for the filing of a petition by a public agency or a public officer acting in the scope of his official capacity.
