RULE 503 - CONDITION OF HEATERS
(Amended 12/13/84)
- All orchard heaters shall be maintained in reasonably clean condition, good repair and working order. The Air
Pollution Control Officer may make inspections to determine the condition of the heaters.
- Whenever orchard heaters are burning they must be adequately attended and supervised to maintain the condition,
adjustment and proper operation of the orchard heaters.
