MODOC COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 4.6 - CIRCUMVENTION
(Amended January 15, 1989)

1. No person shall install or use any equipment which, without resulting in a reduction in the total release of air contaminant to the atmosphere, reduces or conceals an emission that would otherwise constitute a violation of these rules.
2. Violations of Rule 4.2 (Nuisance) are excepted from Rule 4.6.A.
