MODOC COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 7.0 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
(Amended May 1, 1989)

This regulation was adopted in accordance with Section 41863 of the California Health and Safety Code for the purpose of implementing the Agricultural Burning Guidelines. The Modoc County Air Pollution Control District shall enforce these rules and regulations.
