RULE 302 - FEES FOR PUBLICATIONS
(Adopted: November 20, 1989; Amended: January 1, 1990)
a) The Air Pollution Control Officer shall designate those publications, including information circulars, reports of technical work, or other reports prepared by the District for which a fee shall be charged. After such a publication has been designated by the Air Pollution Control Officer, any person receiving such publication shall pay a fee. Such fee shall be established by the Air Pollution Control Officer in a sum not to exceed the cost of preparation and distribution of such documents. Such fees shall be deposited in the District treasury.
(b) Not withstanding subsection (a), any person shall be entitled to one copy of any District publication without charge.
(c) Nothing in this Rule shall be construed to limit rights of any person, or of the District, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Chapter 3.5, Division 7 of Title 1 (Commencing with Section 6250) of the Government Code.
