RULE 304 - ANALYSIS FEES
(Adopted: November 20, 1989; Amended: January 1, 1990)

(a) Whenever the Air Pollution Control Officer finds that an analysis of the emissions from any source is necessary to determine the extent and amount of pollutants being discharged to the atmosphere, he may order the testing of such sources by the operator or owner of the source. All costs associated with such tests shall be borne by the operator or owner. Collection methods, analysis methods and the qualifications of testing personnel or firms shall be determined by the Air Pollution Control Officer.
