RULE 407 - LIQUID AND GASEOUS AIR CONTAMINANTS
(Adopted: May 7, 1976)

(a) A person shall not discharge into the atmosphere from any source carbon monoxide (CO) exceeding 2000 ppm measured on a dry basis, averaged over a minimum of 15 consecutive minutes.

The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to emissions from internal combustion engines.
