RULE 706 - EPISODE DECLARATION
(Amended: September 26, 1977)

Whenever the APCO declares that a first, second, or third-stage episode will occur within the subsequent twenty-four-hour period, he shall announce such a declaration not later than 2:00 pm of the previous day. Such declarations shall be public record and shall be made available to the public, press, radio, television and other mass media of communication.
