RULE 250 - APPEALS

Within ten (10) days after notice by the Control Officer of denial or conditional approval of an Authority to Construct or Permit to Operate, or upon suspension of an existing permit, any aggrieved person, in person or through a representative appeared, may petition the Hearing Board, in writing, for a public hearing. The Hearing Board, after notice and a public hearing held within thirty (30) days after filing the petition, may sustain, reverse or modify the specified conditions.
