RULE 440 - SULFUR OXIDE EMISSIONS

A person shall not discharge into the atmosphere from any singlesource of emissions whatsoever sulfur oxides, calculated as sulfur dioxide (SO2) in excess of 1,000 ppm; or in excess of the specific source emission limitations of NSPS Rule 490 of the North Coast Air Basin, as applicable.
