RULE 480 - ORCHARD, VINEYARD, AND CITRUS GROVE HEATERS

1. No new orchard, vineyard or citrus grove heater produced or manufactured shall be sold for use against frost damage unless it has been approved by the California Air Resources Board. (H&S 41860)
   
   
2. No person shall use any orchard, vineyard or citrus grove heater unless of a type from an approved listing by the California Air Resources Board which does not produce more than one gram per minute of unconsumed solid carbonaceous material. (H&S 41860)
