RULE 104 - VALIDITY
(Adopted: September 11, 1991)

If any regulation, rule, subdivision, sentence, clause or phrase of these Rules and Regulations if for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of these Rules and Regulations. The Air Pollution Control Board hereby declares that it would have adopted these Rules and Regulations and every regulation, rule, subdivision, sentence, clause and phrase there of, irrespective of the fact that any one or more regulations, rules, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared unconstitutional or invalid.
