RULE 311 - RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE
(Adopted: September 11, 1991)

The burning of Residential Rubbish, as defined in Rule 300 N, shall be allowed under the following conditions:

1. Burning shall be allowed only on the premises where the material originated.
2. Rule 312 - Burn Permit Requirements.
3. Rule 313 - Burn Days.
4. Rule 314 - Minimum Drying Times.
5. Rule 315 - Burning Management.
