NORTHERN SIERRA AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
RULE 521 - ANNUAL RENEWAL
(Adopted: September 11, 1991; May 11, 1994)
Permits to Operate issued pursuant to the provisions of this Regulation shall expire one (1) year after the date
of issuance. The Air Pollution Control Officer may renew an expired Permit to Operate upon payment of any applicable
fees and the Air Pollution Control Officer finds the source in compliance with the District's Rules and Regulations.
For major sources subject to Title V of the Clean Air Act of 1990, Part 6.2.15 of Rule 522 Title V - Federal Operating
Permits applies.
