     101  APPLICABILITY:  The conditions of the Code of Federal

          Regulations (CFR), Title 40, Chapter I, Part 51,

          Subpart T, Sections 51.392 - 51.400, 51404, 51,410 -

          51.450, 51.460, and 51.462, in effect December 27,

          1993, are made part of the Rules and Regulations of the

          Placer County Air Pollution Control District.


     102  EXEMPTIONS, LAKE TAHOE AIR BASIN: The Lake Tahoe Air

          Basin portion of Placer County is exempt from this

          rule.
