RULE 307 - PARTICULATE MATTER EMISSION WEIGHT RATE - SOUTHERN ZONE
(Adopted 5/1/1972, readopted 10/23/1978)

  1. "Solid Particulate Matter" includes any material which would become solid particulate matter if cooled to standard conditions.
  2. A person shall not discharge into the atmosphere from any source, solid particulate matter in excess of the rate shown in Table 307(a).
