RULE 318 - VACUUM PRODUCING DEVICES OR SYSTEMS - SOUTHERN ZONE
(Adopted 5/1/1972, readopted 10/23/1978)

A person shall not discharge into the atmosphere more than 3 pounds of organic materials in any one hour from any vacuum producing devices or systems, including hot wells and accumulators, unless said discharge has been reduced by at least 90%.
