RULE 402 - ENFORCEMENT
(Adopted 10/18/1971, readopted 10/23/1978)

Any person who intentionally or negligently violates any of the provisions of this Regulation shall be subject to the provisions of Section 836.5 of the Penal Code regarding arrests; Part 3 & 4, Division 26, of the Health and Safety Code providing for maximum penalties and recovery procedures. Any violation of the provisions of the Regulation regarding agricultural burning will be subject to the enforcement provisions of Section 41852 Chapter 3, Part 4, Division 26, of the Health and Safety Code.
