RULE 214 - DENIAL OF PERMITS
(Adopted January 9, 1976)(Amended January 5, 1990)

In the event of denial of a permit, the Executive Officer shall notify the applicant in writing of the reasons. Service of this notification may be made in person or by mail. Such service may be proven by the written acknowledgement of the persons served or affidavit of the person making the service. The Executive Officer shall not accept a further application for the equipment covered by the denied permit unless the applicant has overcome the reasons for denial of the permit.
