SOUTH COAST AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 302 - FEES FOR PUBLICATION
(Adopted January 6, 1978)(Amended February 12, 1993)

(a) The Executive Officer shall designate those publications, including information circulars, reports of technical work, or other reports, prepared by the District for which a fee shall be charged. After such a publication has been designated by the Executive Officer, any person receiving such publication shall pay a fee. Such fee shall be established by the Executive Officer in a sum not to exceed the cost of preparation and distribution of such documents. Such fees shall be deposited in the general funds of the District.

(b) Cities and counties shall be entitled to receive one copy of any District publication without charge.

(c) Nothing in this Rule shall be construed to limit the rights of any person, or of the District, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Chapter 3.5, Division 7 of Title 1 (commencing with Section 6250) of the Government Code.
