RULE 505 - LACK OF PERMIT

The Hearing Board shall not receive or accept a petition for a variance for the operation or use of any article, machine, equipment or other contrivance until a permit to operate has been granted by the Executive Officer and is in effect, or has been denied by the Executive Officer, or unless such equipment is exempt from permit requirements.
