REGULATION XXXI. ACID RAIN PERMIT PROGRAM

The provisions of Part 72, Chapter I, Title 40, of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) applicable to the subparts listed in this Regulation were adopted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District on the date shown and were made part of the Rules and Regulations of the South Coast Air Quality Management District.

The provisions of this Regulation apply to the owner or operator of any stationary source for which an acid rain permit is required under this Regulation. For the purpose of this Regulation, the words "permitting authority" as used in Part 72, Chapter I, Title 40, of the CFR shall mean the Executive Officer or designee of the South Coast Air Quality Management District and the word "Administrator" shall mean the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
