SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
RULE 15 - PERMIT PROCESS-PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
(Adopted and Effective 09/18/90)
(a) Lists of new permit applications received will be posted in the District office on a weekly basis. These lists will be available for public review during normal business hours. A copy of the list will be provided to the news media, and to any person or interested group who has requested a copy in writing.
(b) Upon issuance of an Authority to Construct, Temporary Authorization, Permit to Operate, or a revised Permit to Operate, a copy will be mailed on the day of issuance to any person or interested group who has requested a copy in writing.
(c) The permit file will be open to public inspection to the extent required by the California Public Records Act.
