RULE 260.120 - APPLICABILITY AND DESIGNATION OF AFFECTED FACILITY

The provisions of this subpart are applicable to the following affected facilities in secondary lead smelters which commenced construction, reconstruction, or modification after June 11, 1973: pot furnaces of more than 250 kg (550 lb) charging capacity, blast (cupola) furnaces, and reverberatory furnaces.
