RULE 58 - INCINERATOR BURNING

A person shall not burn any combustible refuse in any incinerator except in a multiple-chamber incinerator as described in Rule 2(r), or in equipment found by the Air Pollution Control Officer in advance of such use to be equally effective for the purpose of air pollution control as an approved multiple-chamber incinerator. This rule shall not apply to equipment used to dispose of combustible refuse where the disposal of such refuse by open fire is allowed under Rule 102 or Rule 103.
