RULE 75 - PROCEDURE BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD

State law and the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Hearing Board pursuant to Section 40807 of the Health and Safety Code shall govern all hearings before that Board. These procedures may be obtained at the Office of the Clerk of the Hearing Board, 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, California 92101.
