SHASTA COUNTY AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 1:1 - TITLE
(Amended 7-22-86)

Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code (Health and Safety Code) Sections 39025, 40000, 40001, and 40002, the Shasta County Air Pollution Control District shall from this day forward be known as the Shasta County Air Quality Management District. These rules and regulations shall be known as the Rules and Regulations of the Shasta County Air Quality Management District.
