RULE 5190 - SUPERIOR COURT ACTIONS

Any aggrieved person who, in person, or through a representative, appeared, submitted written testimony, or otherwise participated in the Hearing Board proceedings, may obtain judicial review of a decision by the Hearing Board by filing a petition for a writ of mandate in accordance with section 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure and section 40864 of the Health and Safety Code. Any such petition shall be filed within 30 days after the Hearing Board decision becomes final.
