RULE 406 - CARBON MONOXIDE EMISSION STANDARDS AND LIMITATIONS
(Adopted 8/2/76; Revised 11/13/84)

A person shall not discharge into the atmosphere carbon monoxide in concentrations exceeding 2,000 ppm by volume measured on a dry basis.

1. The provisions of this Rule shall not apply to emissions from internal combustion engines.
