TEHAMA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 5:8 - PETITION FOR ABATEMENT ORDER
(Adopted 9/10/1985)

A. In addition to the matters required by Rule 5:6, a Petition for an Abatement Order shall state briefly:
       
  1.  Statement of the acts, uses, and/or conditions complained of;
       
    a. A statement of the location, dates, and times of occurrence thereof;
       
    b.  A statement of the rule(s) violated thereby;
       
    c.  If the petition is filed by the Air Pollution Control Officer, a statement that more than 30 days prior to filing the petition the Air Pollution Control Officer served upon the alleged violator(s) a notice of alleged violation and demand for correction, and that correction has been made. If a shorter notice period is stated, the petition shall include the reasons therefore, which reasons shall relate to the welfare of the people of the county.
