RULE 308 - FOREST MANAGEMENT BURNING

308.1 - Forest Management Burning

The use of open outdoor fires, in forest management, for forest debris removal or for timber operation, silvicultural or forest protection practices.

308.2 Forest Management Burning is allowed by complying with the following Rules:

1. Rule 302 Burning Permit
2. Rule 303 Burn and No-Burn Day
3. Rule 305 Minimum Drying Times
4. Rule 307.2 Wildland Vegetation Management Burning Requirements
5. Rule 307.3 Burn Plan
6. Rule 307.4 Exceptions
