RULE 6.2 - PERMITS TO BURN

1. No person shall knowingly set or permit an open outdoor fire for agricultural burning unless he has a valid permit to burn from a designated agency.
2. Application. Applications for a permit to burn shall be submitted to the designated agency and shall provide information specified by the designated agency for fire protection purposes and shall provide information required to determine whether the proposed fire will be according to these regulations, including information concerning the kinds of materials and amounts burned.
